What I was trying to say is weightlifting is overrated.

It makes you stiff and Prone to injury. Calisthenics training and combat training is much more functional and efficient. You don’t need a membership in the gym necessarily and you can do it anywhere.

You still don't get it.

Who cares? Do what YOU do.

I hit 315 a few years back at 210 bodyweight. Not surprisingly impressive but who cares?

I'm going to try to hit 350 on this bulk. My plan is to try to limit the amount the rate of fat accumulation through more cardio sessions per week (mostly running 2-3 miles a day with different intensity levels), so that I can extend the bulk long enough to hit my numbers without getting too fat.

Assistance movements will be OHP, incline bench and DB press twice a week. Shoulder health will be imperative to this goal, so I'll be doing stretching and mobility with an emphasis on the shoulders daily, as well as heavy back work.

Hoping to hit my goal by January 2023.
