They did horrible attendance in house shows there in 95 and Allstate is a historical wrestling building that is smaller and has more intimate feeling. I'm still suprised that they still chose Allstate over United Center at WrestleMania XXII since could've made more money with the higher capacity.

Yep, Allstate is definitely easier to fill and also closer to the Airport - logistically makes more sense. I'm sure a big part though, knowing vince, is that he gets a much better deal at Allstate.

Still surprising though that in the 12 years since WCW went out of business (they had no problem filling it) they haven't had a single RAW or PPV there.

Yeah, but Monday Night Wars were as hot as you could get. Also, WCW had a deal with the United Center while WWE had the same with Allstate Arena (Rosemount) during that time. Maybe Vince just hasn't cared to make the switch or just has a better relationship with Allstate's management. Hard to know.

Although its only about 2000 more seats, a Punk entrance at United Center would be :ohlawd:
