I'm torn on this one :lupe:

But I'mma go with Ric Flair. Gotdamn, Flair Country was just straight insanity when he'd show up at the Dean Smith Center on Nitro :wow:

Gotta go with Bret... Dude had the whole country behind him.. Though foreigners like Bulldog had similar reactions on occasion (SS 92) Bret reactions are damn near better than anybody in history when in Canada

After 1997, they were really behind the Anti-American Bret deal. Flair country started to matter when he became a top notch legend though years into his run...they kind of ran back to TX anytime they wanted to lay Austin down and get some big heat. The Rock shows in Miami in 2000 are nuts of course.

Bret definitely.. still can't think of any event louder than this (not HHHs pop in MSG/Punk at MITB/or Austin at Backlash 2000). This shyt was on another level. His entrance and also when he's pummeling Austin in the corner (5min mark) to start the match :ohlawd:

With that said, Punk is a close #2, though.

100% agreed, Bret Hart pops in Calgary especially are legendary. Anywhere in Canada too of course, but that Canadian Stampede pop in Calgary was as loud as it gets.
