Usually his suits are too large,he would be better off with slightly slimmer ties, because he is not a tall guy he would benefit from shorter jackets, his accessories tend to be too distracting when they should be subtle, but most importantly his choices in cloth/fabrics is just horrible. Compare this three piece suit..

Yeah you gotta be a certain height/status to pull it off imo, I have similiar feeling about Double Breasted suits. I think a DB on anyone shorter than 6 feet looks weird.
