It does suck tho when you have a group having a BBQ or a lil get together and its always that one dude or chick that doesn't want a drink, a beer, or not even a jello shot they just over to the side on their phone while everybody else is
and just having a good time and they over there looking bored as sh!t.

the only 3 reasons i can see why you wouldn't drink:

#1 Parent(s) or other role model in your life are/were alcoholics who would get drunk and get stupid/abusive towards you or other family members

#2 You have convinced yourself that if you have 1 drink that you will not be able to stop and your life will spiral out of control

#3 You are a religious fool.

I'm 20 and I have tasted alcohol of course but it was only a little sip, It doesn't appeal to me

I refrain from drinking and smoking on a regular, It's just the way i want to live my life

Plus I've grown up around alcoholics and I've seen how that shyt kills you over time
