This is how I warm up for deads. 3x225, 275, 315, 1x365, work set. Perfect, hasnt failed me yet.one trick i picked up from youtube: after you're done warming up for the work load, put on the weight minus 5 pounds and do like 1 or 2 reps. they said it prepares you mentally for the work load and it also prepares your nervous system apparently. only 1 or 2 reps though (max 3) to not get tired.
