Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
I've tried working out a few times after eating and felt absolutely horrible. Felt like I had no strength or energy. Anytime I went to the gym on an empty stomach it was a lot harder to drag myself in but the second I got started got a crazy burst of energy.

It takes energy to digest food, so it only makes sense to feel like that.

I like working out on an empty stomach because when I do morning cardio it is easier to burn fat. When you have food in your stomach, that has to get burned off first before any fat is burned off... Less efficient cardio imo...

I have to eat a hour or two before I workout...only on a empty stomach if my mind power is really strong that day. :myman:

I always eat before I workout (approx 30 mins), nothing too dense; when Im off pre-supps I usually have a mixture of salmon/pumpkin seeds/blueberries/nuts/spinach.

I moved two months ago so I switched my gym schedule around to go right after work and I noticed my work outs have been much better on an empty stomach than it used to be where I would eat dinner first.

Can't do it on a fresh full stomach or I'll feel shytty.

On an empty stomach, it's debatable. At the most, I need a light snack...like a banana, bar, trail mix, or a shake.

Tried my first workout today while fasting for about 18 hours and I didn't feel faint...surprised. :ehh:

I never could eat before I workout. Shot doesn't feel right. Protein shake maybe but I can't eat. shyt doesn't feel right. Makes me sluggish.

it's not wise to lift COMPLETELY fasted. so fish oil is what I choose to take. It supports fat loss and has many other perks as well.

I mean, I take fish oil but I never thought to take multiple pills:manny: Does it work? What does it do?
