
I don't know how you brehs do it, every time I've had a fasted workout I've felt terrible.
I prefer to lift on an empty stomach. I prefer to workout on an empty stomach in general.
Started in high school with summer football practice and not wanting to throw up. I only work in the morning so that makes it easier.
That said if I worked out at night I would like want something to help push me through.
