Cube got long money. Not sure if it's as much as DRE. But Cube produces most all his movies (owns the Friday Franchise), those producer checks way bigger then actor checks. Why you think so many actors start production companies. Cube also is exec producer of ARE WE THERE YET -- which went into instant syndication with that 100 episode order. TV money is the longest money if you an exec producer or creator of a show. Especially once your show goes into syndication.

Example, them SEINFIELD nikkas got paid 500 million for syndication and split the check two ways -- 250 million a piece. Anthony ZUIKER, creator of CSI is worth 500 million and counting, he doesn't even write for CSI anymore, but will always get a credit as CREATOR of the show and gets mad residuals.

So trust Hollywood money can be long money, especially if you structure your biz right like Cube has.

cube- it cost 10 dollars for a movie ticket and then 10 dollars if u wanna buy the dvd. according to wikipedia he's got about 20 lead roles at on average 2-3 million a movie (i actually have no idea ), more or less depending on the movie and if he's directing/producing. his tv show is on tbs, doing well, and has about 3 more seasons to go.

dre- aftermath isn't the top but arguably the best rap label out. consistently has the top rappers in the game signed and dropping quality albums that sell at least gold or platinum every few years. and then u got dre beats selling out the stores for 300 dollars a pop, thats at least 250 dollars profit if not more.

i understand Cube has Hollywood money but let's not act like he's getting $10-20 mill pay days for every part. even with his producing credits & all that yeah he is caking but Dre gets money EVERY TIME Eminem & 50 Cent sells a record. he doesn't get some little $1 per record like the artist, he gets production money, exec money, CEO money, lebel money and he doesn't have to recoup money before he starts getting it from their sales. he gets money everytime Snoop sells an album if he has production credits on there. i'm sure he gets paid a pretty penny to mix all these songs, especially from labels like Rocafella and whatever label Snoop is on, he probably even gets paid when he mixes for his own artists because it would get taken out of the album budget, not to mention all his endorsements, headphones, etc.

Cube has never had an album go diamond, never had an amazingly successful label or artist who went diamond or even platinum.
