I would have to say taking Tommy Dreamer from an old school super babyface who wore suspenders and MC Hammer pants who ECW fans hated with a passion and turning him into the hardcore guy that ECW fans ended up loving and who was basically the face of that company for most of its existence.

every other guy that would come close had something about them that was really great too. like you can say Tazz, but the dudes intensity was unmatched. Sandman and Raven had way more charisma than Dreamer could hope of. the Sabu gimmick was an enigma. Dreamer was basically an average guy that has now had a 25 year career because of Heyman. if it wasn't for Heyman then Dreamer would have been on the indies in the northeast until he fizzled out and retired to get a real job. dude would have never made it to WWE or had post-WWE career he has had if it wasnt for Heyman.

ima go with dreamer. all the guys mentioned thus far atleast had SOMETHING that set them apart and youd think if they went elsewhere with the same gimmick, maybe they'd get over...

but tommy dreamer... never ANYTHING special about him and paul gave him a longer career than most. he screams jobber to me since day one but became the face of the place.

i understand the work he did with sabu taz raven and sandman but those guys all had a lil something (in sandmans case, a stick, beer, a cool song ,being a drunk)... dreamer was white meat jobber status
