No I'm not going to "deal" with that bullshytand, for the record, a preference doesn't mean you reject people who don't fit it. I prefer strawberry ice cream but that doesn't mean I don't eat chocolate or vanilla. I would definitely date a 5'3" guy and wouldn't reject him solely on his height (which is fukking stupid).
If a guy finds me unattractive I would hope its because of my facial features or body type and not something trivial like being "too dark"

I have gone to predominately black schools most of my life. From Pre-K to 12th grade. I can't recall a single incident in which a black girl was openly teased just for being dark skinned. Not ONE incident comes to mind. But I can recall several instances where black boys were teased for their dark skin, by black girls AND other black boys. There was this one really dark skinned kid in my 4th grade class and the other kids would call him crispy. There were dark skinned girls too. But nobody messed with them like that.

Russians are kind of hypermasculine and they do completely fine. That's evidence of success and hypermasculinity working together to engender success. This is besides the point though, most black males are masculine enough as it is.
