The "IWC" in my opinion is the wrestling equivalent of hipsters. It's a collection of annoying tools that feel as if they're the smartest people in the room, and that their opinion is the end-all-be-all.

They're also the people that refuse to acknowledge anything as being good unless it happened in some small promotion, in Japan, or over 5 years ago.

So you, who post on the internet regularly about wrestling, are not part of the IWC, only those whose opinions you disagree with?

Didn't THEREALBRAND shyt on Cena and HHH and others who are antagonists to the IWC, though?

Someone who is on the internet, talking wrestling, discussing news/sources/ratings, etc. and shytting on Cena/HHH... ain't in the IWC?

:krs:

a guy who started the "Indy Wrestling Discussion" thread isn't in the IWC?

You might not be some loser who talks like the people you described but that doesn't make you any less of a member of the IWC breh.

If you are discussing wrestling on here you are in the IWC. That's why you see people now trying to act like they are the biggest Cena fanboys going because they think it will make them look cooler by comparison to the others within the IWC

shyt's funny.

That's not the IWC though. TSC is an Internet Wrestling Community. I understand wanting to try to separate yourself from the "30 year old basement dwelling virgins who hate John Cena", but your definition doesn't make sense.

If you're discussing wrestling and CRITIQUING it, "That was a great segment", "that segment was trash", "5 star match", speculating on what will draw, reading reports of what's to come (like Brock appearing at Raw in April), following Cena's divorce case, etc you are not just some "regular" viewer who turns on USA from 9-11PM on Mondays and then goes about his week.

Half the IWC is pro Cena at this point, half is probably anti-Punk. The only thing most of the IWC really has in common is discontent, 9/10 posters anywhere almost never just enjoy the show and leave it at that, even on a decent show they'll fantasy book and point out who needs to be pushed, etc.

lets be honest. I know what a casual viewer looks like. It's the guy who says "where's Batista been?" or "when's The Rock coming back?"

Casual viewers make up most of RAW's audience. That's why the "IWC will never win" is a sound argument. WWE really doesn't have to care.. they give us Bryan and Punk because they have nobody else. Once the next Batista comes around forget it. Their segments don't draw (well they do now that AJ is in them).

What's so bad about accepting the fact that you are a bigger fan of wrestling than most? Are you that insecure about what you watch or pay attention to?

Yeah, the IWC is full of annoying people who complain about even the stuff they like. But that's the internet for ya. shyt is full of those people regardless of what they watch

I find the term "smark" more funny. Because, as the IWC, we are the biggest marks in the business.

Profasi in 3.....2.....1...

TSC is definitely a part of the IWC, by definition.

TSC is also unique in that it has a small group of individuals that are essentially trolls, making futile attempts to distinguish themselves from the REST of the IWC by purposely acting like a common mark, taking stands against IWC favorites, placing ratings and alleged drawing power over traits that have traditionally made for entertaining professional wrestling and otherwise simply holding most of the same opinions as that of your average 9-year old viewer that is the current WWE target audience.

When you are too cool for the hipsters...what are you? :dwillhuh:

THE GENETIC FREAK KNOWS ALL ABOUT WHALES, I'VE PORKED MORE OF 'EM THAN RON JURMEE

:russ: :deadrose:

We are ALL the IWC. Its just some are less tolerable than others. No point disassociating yourself. We all are. Ever since you went on your first wrestling website.

This is the truth. Never understood trying to distance yourself from it when, by definition, you're apart of it just by discussing it.

:pachaha:

Now, with that said.. I gots no problem with Cena or HHH.

:manny:

Yep, it's funny how much people will talk about the IWC, but they are the fukking IWC.

It's always the guys who think they`re too cool for this shyt, but spend times yapping about it.

We're all fukking nerds, get over it.

No that's just your version of making it a a derogatory term.

The IWC is the Internet Wrestling Community, plain and simple. If you're discussing wrestling on the internet you are a part of the IWC.

That doesn't mean everyone on the internet has the same opinions or should be put in a little box, but fools like to place themselves above others so they use the term IWC as a term to degrade fans they don't like.
