5th seed is very attainable and possibly a first round series with the Cavs, who I think we can beat.
My plug just dropped off some fresh ish, so I might be buggin' but I don't hate our likely match-ups in the first round.

Philly means locking horns with Embiid, but at least we have Mitch and Hartenstein to throw at him. I don't think Philly could contain Brunson. Ditto for Cleveland...Garland and Mitchell would be food for Brunson, which ought to give us a shot every night.

Six games over .500 at the all-star break is a pretty good outcome with their SOS and in solid position to make a run at a top 4-5 seed. Only complaints are about Barrett's horrendous season, Toppin's role/playing time, bench production and to a lesser extent coaching. Quickley, Grimes and Robinson have taken significant steps in their progression, Brunson has established himself as a legitimate star in the league and Randle has returned to his previous all-star form.

The Knox pick is the only one that I can't even come up with a decent logic for. He won a one-on-one game and leap-frogged Mikal and Miles Bridges...ridiculous.
Seriously. They saw Knox’s offensive potential and completely ignored Mikal’s. I remember saying how much Paul George i saw in his game and people thought i was tripping…

I remember hyping Mikal with Miles and SGA as solid back-up options. I was pretty low on Knox until Summer League gave me some hope. I slept on MPJ because of the injury, but man...there were so many chances not to blow that pick.

Completely ignored SGA “cause we already had Frank…” :sadcam:
