RJ is just not an elite wing on either end. His shooting is awful due to his janky form and bad decision making. His defense isn’t stopping the top guys, especially now that he thinks he has to focus on scoring due to his contract.

Randle is going to be who he is but RJ isn’t a good long term piece at that kind of salary

Liked what I saw otherwise though Brunson missed a lot of open shots but his IQ and feel for the game is top notch

Cam looked so much better when he took what the defense gave him and played in the flow of the offense attacking in transition and hitting catch and shoots. Much better than him trying to hit baseline fades and shyt. For him motor been one of his biggest issues and it was reviving tonight bro was fiery

Fournier and arguably Rose as much as we love him and as good as he still is need to go

I think Julius will have a good year so it seems we won’t see much of Toppin again this year

Thibs was beastly in the second half. Calling that play for a red hot Cam was magnificent. My only critique is he stayed with Hart too long. As good as he was, we needed Mitch’s rebounding desperately. Probably why I don’t think Mitch is in trouble of losing his spot. He’s definitely gonna split more time tho. We need Rose way more than we need Fournier. He’s gotta be the odd man out.

And as much as I love Cam, Friday will tell us everything we need to know about whether he’s for real or not. He can just as easily come out 1-7 with a bunch of bad shots again.
