The Bulls situation is probably more grim than the Knicks. Knicks have their picks, Chicago's goes to the Magic if it's out of the top 4.
Even if they blow it up and bottom out, there's a high chance that they lose a lottery pick.
Also, our "Mid 3" doesn't play well together. Lonzo Ball signing was a complete bust, Donovan turns sour on young players and they look a lot better else where (WCJ and Lauri for now, this may be the case for Coby and Pat eventually). Zach starting to publicly beef with Billy etc.
If the team didn't somehow miraculously beat Boston and Milwaukee after losing to Orlando they would be in complete shambles right now instead of being on the brink of it.
This was a great night!
I've started thinking about an incoming pivot for this team a few weeks ago. I was already thinking about potential teams that would give up 1sts for DeMar.How do you feel on the Derozan and Vuc to LA rumor?
the Knicks, Lakers, and Bulls actually work really well as trade partners.I've started thinking about an incoming pivot for this team a few weeks ago. I was already thinking about potential teams that would give up 1sts for DeMar.
Lakers and Clippers came to mind immediately. If the have a fire sale, I would be fine with it, the only thing that's meh is how long the wait would be to get picks back from both LA teams. If OKC didn't have all of the Clippers picks, they would be a better team to get players back while accumulating picks tho.

It seems like Trae Young could be the next star on the move.Based on what Ian Bagley said yesterday the Knicks aren’t interested in a rebuild.
So based on that statement It’s clear they are waiting for the shoe to drop on either Shai Alexander or Zach Lavine (since I don’t see anybody else available right now).
Considering the situations with the Bulls and the money involved I have to believe Zach Lavine may be available first before Shai. Chicago is underperforming and Zach has a 200+ million dollar extension incoming.
And if Woj is right the lakers have tried to go after Demar and Nikola. If Chicago is even entertaining that trade Zach can’t be too far behind.
To be honest I don’t know how good Zach Lavine is anymore but we have to stop going on these offensive stretches were we are only scoring 5 points in 4-5 minute spans. I would love to get Shai but that feels like a fleeting dream at this point.
