Thats why I'm kinda uneasy about them doing Marvel's Civil War storyline on the big screen.
Cause the only thing that brings the two sides to a truce originally is the death of one of the leaders of the two teams... but no way they are gonna legit kill Captain America (or Ironman) at the movies. Thats why I love comics of all sorts, anything can happen. The last legitimate death I remember seeing at the theatre from a major franchise that kept it 100% canon and didn't try and backtrack it was the Transformers Cartoon Movie in like the 80s. My older cousin was telling me that he was 14 years old in full tears in the theatre when they killed Optimus Prime and there were no tricks or dream sequences or anything... that nikka was straight dead. He said two different families had to take their kids and go into the theatre hallway.



He was saying he was thinkinthat someone was gonna save him at the last minute or something, but when his body went from bright red and blue to a blackish grey he was like and it wasnt manly tears it was the kind with the snot bubbles when you gotta pick a switch off a tree and you know you about to get that butt whooped.



I want that kind of franchise in my life.

They def set up some good red herrings to throw us off and at least make it difficult to really settle on one person...

Glenn: because of comic spoilers and how he is the one misbehaving while everyone else is tied up being quiet..killing him would (literally) be a huge hit to the whole group but also would destroy Maggie

Maggie: it'd be 2 birds with one stone. Negan even said he should just kill her now to put her out of her misery. I think Maggie is least likely to be killed in this scenario...she's more likely to die giving birth than in this particular moment in my opinion.

Eugene: he had that (what seemed to be) climactic scene where he gave away his plans and drove off with that sad music playing as if the next time they met he'd be dead. he's done everything he could possibly do and has played the background far too long.

Abraham: homie is vulnerable and put all his feelings out there...hes on some ready to settle down shyt even after seeing all these goons

Michonne: Rick's girl. i dont see it being her, but if he wants Rick's already dead face to look 100x worse he'd kill her.

Rosita: I dont think its her, but it'd be interesting to see Abraham's reaction to it...maybe she dies and he flips out and it gets him killed

Sasha: i cant see them killing Sasha either, but you never know

Darryl: always a good guess...i definitely feel like his days are numbered and he should be the one who dies in the end. if he doesnt go now it has to be a big moment when he goes...

Carl & Rick are safe...Rick aint dying unless he's saving Carl...thats prob what happens in the final episode of the series.

What also gives it away it isnt rick or carl is when negan said "if anyone moves or screams, take his other eye out and feed it to his father" plus no matter who dies, Rick will be the most tourtured on the inside since its kinda his fault...being the leader and what not.
