so yeah its pretty clear its not rick in the batting cage with Negan.

i'm sure everybody knows the group will eventually overcome this and get the big payback. but doesn't change the fact that this whole episode was horrible. best part was morgan ......rick going to have to do some truly WILD after going out like a bytch in front of the crew. they're gonna have this dude on some rambo shyt next season.

I would have done the same thing as rick. You have no weapons, your son is there along with the rest of your family, Your surrounded by a heavily armed group and an guy with a bat wrapped in barb wire. What the fukk you expect? Because he totally underestimated the Saviors & put his family in danger. And he was probably remembering Morgan's warning. His whole world came crashing down this finale

I understand that but it was done poorly. he had the opportunity to turn the RV around, go back home, and regroup. instead he kept going into the trap. he even said "they want us to keep going this way"....so he KNEW what was happening and just kept going into the shyt storm. if it was the show runners intention to make rick look like a coward, mission accomplished. if it was their intention to just make him look nervous and regretful, they coulda pulled it off without rick shaking and mumbling over himself.

Honestly, I think the Saviour crew cut off EVERY angle for themto get back to Alexandria. It was inevitable that they ended up where they were.

I'm not so sure they could've even made it home fam. Remember the group Carol lit up before Rick & Morgan got there knew where their camp was. That how strong & how far Negan's hand was reaching

man everybody in the crew got people they care about. Abe is in love....he stood his ground like a boss. shyt, rick's SON and GIRL both stood their ground and looked negan in the face. i'm not hearin this shyt. rick came off like a coward. plain and simple. and it really didn't have to be done that way. that's what I didn't like about it. it was too over the top
