Actress that plays Sasha getting pregnant really messed her up in terms of her character's oppritunity on the show at the moment.
This entire story arc is an Andrea story, but since she isn't there they were spliting her roles between the tv cast. Mainly they were building Sasha... but going by the previews of next episode they abandonded that (prob cause she is too pregnant for it) and gave at least some of her part to a throw away character.

They are scaling back the post-traumatic stress angle and Sasha seems better now, when the reason they gave it to her in the first place is cause Andrea is supposed to have it after Dale and her sister die. So Andrea took Dale's rifle and trained everyday (they spent last season building up Sasha's marksmen skills), and by this point she is anti-social and lives and sleeps in the clock tower not with everyone else.

But they let her drive a car all episode 1 to hide her belly, so her spot in the clocktower is now given to whoever that white dude is.

I think that would be a better plot twist than the writers are capable of to be honest.
