I'm sick of Carol being this unstoppable killing machine, Morgan is the most skilled person in the group yet they have him acting like a bytch. The fact is if these people didn't have guns they'd all get murked, because we've seen what happens when they try to fight and they always get their ass whooped. I hate how the show has become so bi-polar, last week was boring as hell but yesterday was one of the best shows in a long ass time.
The comic version of Morgan is entirely different. He was insane for a while after his son died and then he was just awkward and anti-social for a bit.
He was never much of a physical bad-ass though.

She in her 40's. The world as she knows it ends , her kid is dead and she had the group for moral support. She is with a group that is battle tested and with Daryl teaching her, she had to learn.

There is no damn way a abused wife in her 50's who didn't have the testosterone to step to her husband changes to the point where she is out here in the post-apocalyptic world performing like the missing Expendable

I don't have problems with the way that Carol is depicted because she is shown being smart and calculating instead of some kind of dominant physical threat.

Think of everyone is on a scale:
You have your scale with the A players: Rick, Daryl, Michonne.
You have your scale with the B players: Abraham, Carol, Morgan.
Then you have players who've alternated between B and C: Glenn, Maggie, Sasha.
Carol's rise into this assassin for the past two season is costing other players in growth. Yeah it's great to see her blending in and going on kill streaks but the more they build her, the more they're tearing down everyone else. Remember, when Carol began to rise who fell? Glenn did, Maggie did and Tyrese did. And look what happened to Tyrese, he's dead.
Either Carol becomes an A player and one of the A players becomes a B or she goes down, aka dies. In order for Morgan, who everyone seems to hate cause he's zen and passive, to see the light and become better, someone on his scale or lower has to die (Carol, Glenn or Maggie). Carol's been taking water from Glenn and Maggie, putting them in the background, how long until we see Carol barking orders putting Michonne in the background? This season might be the time for Carol to look at the flowers.
