Somebody posted a stat in another thread saying that Twitter (the company itself) has VERY FEW black employees. I think that needs to become a #HashTag itself. OR how about we(i personally dont use it) stop using it altogether maybe. We STAY making these corporations rich while we get little to nothing in return

i agree with the bold more than the first part.

i don't think forcing them or shaming them into hiring black people will really change their corporate culture. i say let them hire whoever they want and let's just not use their service if it's wack.

shaming them only makes them hire tokens.
