That is just a regular film which was shot like a documentary. Check the Wiki page for background. The main woman was picked and the Africans (Kenyans) are just selected "actors". The film makes Kenyan men especially those in the Coast look like leeches and there a couple of scenes where they effeminize them including a stripping scene of a teenage kid. Its a horror film in my opinion. Plus they were all kinds of racial jokes and opinions on there that had me like.... Demonic film.

I recommend you watch Heading South (aka Vers Le Sud) over this one. Its the same concept but at least it treats the black people in it with a little bit of respect.
