If we are being real, a lot of people don't know how to take care of their own hair. A lot of nikkas getting haircuts because they don't know what to do with it if they grew it out. A lot of women walking around looking frizzy if they don't go to the salon.

reading this thread I realize I don’t take care of my hair for anything. I use to wash my hair every day and it would be dry and brittle and break. Only hair type that works for me would be dreads everything else is a hassle.

I just started growing mine out in the last 3-4 months and had to start reading up and watching stuff besides just putting argan oil on my hair. Didn't know anything about hair type or nothing. Got a mama and a sister and they didn't tell me shyt, although I was just getting haircuts all of the time. Bout to have these hoes fluttering when I activate these curls....
