Breh this is SoA, not too mention Jax is the show, no way in hell Jax spends any significant time in jail.
I doubt he does any time, but if he does, it will prob be for half a season.

Jax is going to jail , he confessed to the kg9 on the streets. He cut a deal to save the club and Tara he was saying his goodbyes , he going to get 25 years plea to 7 full years unless Marx has got so much power , jax walks again.
