I'm not saying he has a learning curve, I'm saying he in a position where the older guys that clay was dealing with immediately look at him like "The fukk is this young dude trying to talk business with me? ". Notice how everybody either wants to play mentor to Jax or test him to see if he's up to task? Jax is dealing with a generation Gap that Clay never had to deal with.

He should listen them because he is an awful leader. His mom would be better in the role than him. Even Nero admitted that he made a mistake by hooking up with Jax. To be fair Nero is a way better leader than him.

He has listened to them on multiple occasions and it usually leads to the club getting screwed over. Didn't Jax even say at one point that he's tired of being under the thumb of greedy old men?

Jax's problem as leader is that he's trying to be too manipulative and he's not making proper use of his advisor (Chibs). Like I said in my earlier post a lot fo the shyt that 's coming down on the club is shyt that was put in motion by Clay. Jax should have kept Clay in the club and under his thumb the same way he's doing with Juice. In that situation Jax could use Clay to fix the problems he started but still lead the Sons out of the gun biz.

Nero is a decent leader, but he's too easily manipulated. Gemma had him wrapped around her finger from the jump.

Gemma is actually the biggest snake on the entire fukking show. Clay deserved to fall, but some of the shyt he said about Gemma is spot on. I'm actually surprised Tara didn't knock her the fukk out when she said that shyt about her kids.

Why is uncer still alive dude beat cancer, muggings, stabbings and still lives. He brings nothing of value to the show except for being gemmas lackey.
