2.Black children are still born to two parent households. The stats you are probably familiar with refer to unwed parents. Unwed does not equal not in childs life.

4.Any "spiritual or social decadence" in the Black community is a direct result from the bullshyt we come from. Most impoverished communities act the way you describe and Black people have a more legitimate excuse than any of them in the USA. And like I mentioned earlier, we are still improving.
