White South Africans are reportedly getting prepared for war with Black South Africans

So the whites own some farmland that once belonged to the blacks and the President wants to take it from the whites and give it to the blacks? How long ago did they take this land? What events occurred to lead to that and this decision? What's the agriculture been like recently that might've had an affect on this? What's the story behind all this? And not just some cacs stole the land and black people want it back.
