I’m by no means dirty gang, I wash my legs, feet and everything and use two wash clothes every shower (face and body)


But why wouldn’t you wash your hair then body second? Dirt and oils going to go down your body, so washing our body then hair second is redundant

depends where you live. if you in a humid, hot , muggy are you need to at least wash off, but i would shower daily. if your in a cold type area wash up , but bathe every few days. washing too much actually kills healthy bacteria plus when you add all the chemical soap people use its all bad

they are actually right.....overcleaning the body is the cause of most allergies

showering every day is not fukkin “over cleaning”
