Back in 2018 there were a lot of older Black people who sold their homes in LA and Inglewood for 500k, because White people showed up with cash in hand and now 4 years later those same homes are worth 1.2 million and are going up in value.
The sad thing is that I know of older Black people who sold their homes to White people and not to the Black people, the shyt was crazy. These old c00n nikkas are the worst.
My mom has a single wide trailer and absolutely no savings/401K to pass down. I just hope I can take care of her when she's no longer able to work or care for herself.

And whats fukked up is that houses in smaller markets will skyrocket when these kids sell off that $1.2 million rambler in Arlington VA and move somewhere else with more space and less traffic.
