At the end of the day, if you want capital, you have to have an idea, and a plan in place. Then you have to sell it. You have to network. You have to pitch. That's how most companies go from 0 - getting capital. Facebook didn't have much start up money. But eventually they got a VC that elevated them.
But again. You can't just have an idea and expect people to give you money.
There is also the cold hard reality, where you have to hussle for daily needs and expenses and whatever comes across your plate to feed upon

I lived that hard reality as a child. I told myself I would not continue to live that way as an adult. Thank goodness I had a grandmother who helped me, but I first had to make the decision to get out of the environment I was in (Los Angeles) to be able to receive the help I needed to prepare for my future.
