01/10/16 - Kentucky Gestapo - Kill 16 Year Old Black Teenager Gynna Mcmillan - Devils first lied to cover their tracks as their usual ploy, by saying she died in her sleep..... then after more investigation, it has been shown that she was physically abused by the guards, as they call it "restrained" on this night, and the next morning on 01/11/16, she was found dead.....connect the dots as usual and it all leads back to these devils........RIP beautiful.......
Sandra Bland’s death in a Texas jail cell last year raised international awareness about Black people dying in police custody, but the problem is not confined to adult prisons. Black children are also dying in juvenile correctional facilities. CBS News reports Kentucky officials are investigating the suspicious death of Gynnya McMillen, who was found dead in the Lincoln Valley Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Elizabethtown, Kentucky on Jan. 11.
The initial investigation into McMillen’s death has turned up no leads. Hardin County Coroner William Lee Jr. said her body showed no signs of bruising, and she probably didn’t have a heart condition. The coroner said he was still awaiting the results of pathology tests.
McMillen’s family has taken to social media to demand justice. A woman claiming to be McMillen’s sister created a Facebook page titled “Justice for Gynnya McMillen,” requesting additional information.
“My 16yr old sister died in custody of a detention center but they’re not giving out any info on how she was found and they’re saying (her) autopsy shows no cause of death,” said the post, which has been shared 19,000 times.
The page already has about 6,000 likes and is raising money through a GoFundMe page, which is seeking funds to help the investigation of McMillen’s death.
“We are raising money to not only bring Gynnya’s case to justice but to also raise awareness of the things that go on in these facilities and the unjust treatment that others indure (sic) in the hands of our justice systems all around the world,” according to the page.
Karen Whaley, a counselor who had worked with McMillen at the Home of the Innocents, a Louisville-based support agency, expressed shock at learning at her death.
“I don’t know how she passed and that’s the one thing that’s blowing me away. That and it being in police custody,” Whaley said.
She remembers McMillen being a “quiet and beautiful” person.
“Gynnya stayed to herself a whole lot,” Whaley said. “She didn’t bother anyone, she didn’t disturb anyone and didn’t kick up any fuss.”
*Update* 01/29/16 -
Employees at a juvenile detention center in Kentucky used physical force to restrain a teenager who was found dead in her cell the next morning, state officials told reporters Friday.
Gynnya McMillen was 16 when she was found dead in her cell on the morning of Jan. 11 at the Licoln Village Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. She’d been arrested the previous night after police responded to a domestic violence report at her home, charging her with misdemeanor assault.
Earlier this week, officials with the Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet told BuzzFeed News that initial autopsy results showed no signs of trauma and suggested that McMillen may have died in her sleep. Full autopsy and toxicology results could take weeks, but the Kentucky State Police does not suspect foul play.
On Friday, however, a spokesperson with the Kentucky Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) told reporters that “multiple employees” at the detention center had used force to immobilize the teenager after she refused to take off her sweatshirt so that she could be searched and photographed.
“The youth’s repeated refusal to cooperate with staff and remove her outer garment prompted the restraint,” DJJ spokeswoman Stacy Floden told the Kentucky Center for Investigative Reporting.
Folden reportedly refused to answer questions about whether the teenager had been injured during the restraint, saying authorities were still reviewing the matter.
Neither the DJJ nor Ron Hillerich, the McMillen family attorney, immediately responded to a request for comment. But McMillen’s family has said that it the surveillance footage of the teenager’s cell released so they can better understand what led to the healthy girl’s death.
A detention center employee has been put on paid leave for failing to check on McMillen at required intervals. It remained unclear whether any of the employees who restrained the teenager had been placed on modified duty.
01/29/16 - 10-12 White Males and a group of white females - The cowardly white males brutally attacked three black women attending the university of Albany on the #11 CDTA Bus in Albany,NY.
Officials in Albany are investigating after three Black female college students reported that a group of white men and women assaulted and racially harassed them aboard a city bus.
The three students, who are Black women, were harassed and assaulted while riding on the #11 CDTA bus on Western Ave in Albany. The students stated that racial slurs were used by the perpetrators, whom they described as a group of 10 to 12 white males and females.
A physical altercation ensued in which one victim stated that multiple men and women began to punch her on the head and kicking her after she fell to the ground.
Two of the victims went to Albany Medical Center to be evaluated and treated.
02/05/16 - John Lee, White Male Gestapo Agent - Executes unarmed 36 year old Antronie Scott, comes forth with a Lie that he thought the brother's phone was a gun....the usual devil shyt that come out their mouths to exonerate their racist murders of unarmed black men, women and children.
Police say that when 11-year-veteran John Lee approached his car, Scott got out and spun toward him.
Audio from the incident confirms that Lee shouted, “Show me your hands,” but discharged a shot seconds after the last word came out.
At a press conference held Friday, San Antonio police chief William McManus says the shooting happened “in the blink of an eye.” He adds: “Officer Lee stated that he feared for his life when he discharged a single round.” Lee told the top cop that he thought there was a gun in Scott’s hand, but that object turned out to be a cell phone.
The fatal shot hit Scott in the upper torso.
There was no video footage from the episode because the officer’s onboard camera had an obstructed view.
This is just more evidence of cac terrorism, even after they murder you, they now have some wicked action of suing the family estate of the one they murdered as some sick kind of joke that they've carved out via legalities.....they just keep proving my points for me......

According to The Post-Courier, Joyce Curnell died last year after spending 27 hours in jail.
Curnell, 50, was arrested after being hospitalized for nausea and vomiting. While she was in hospital, the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office was notified that she had an outstanding warrant for a 2011 shoplifting case. Curnell had been ordered to pay $1,148.90 in fines, but according to court records, she stopped making payments. The Post-Courier said it could not determine how the sheriff’s office learned she was in the emergency room.
She had been suffering from dehydration and gastroenteritis, but was not given adequate fluids by jail staff. The Post-Courier also reported that Curnell couldn’t make it to the bathroom, and was given a trash bag to vomit into.
On Wednesday, her family announced plans to sue Carolina Center for Occupational Health, the company contracted to provide healthcare for the jail. If a settlement is not reached, the next step is filing a lawsuit.
According to court records, jail staff notified their medical team of Curnell’s condition but they, “refused to provide any medical attention to (her) whatsoever.” Even though she couldn’t eat the next morning, Curnell was not provided water or intravenous fluids.
A doctor, who served as an expert witness for Curnell’s family, said the lack of medical attention caused her death.
“Simply put,” said Maria Gibson, a doctor with the Medical University Hospital, “Ms. Curnell died because she was deprived of water.”
Curnell was one of at least six Black women who died in police custody in July 2015. One of those women was Sandra Bland, who was found hanging in a Texas jail cell after she was arrested for a traffic stop. Bland’s death raised international awareness about the dangerous conditions in American jails.
James Moore III, attorney for the Curnell family, said people under police custody should receive proper medical care.
“Providing access to reasonable medical care to those under police custody is a necessity, not a privilege,” he said. “It is a constitutional right. We are committed to seeking justice for Joyce and for her family.”
Moore said he plans to file suit in both state and federal courts.
Shaundra Scott, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of South Carolina, told The Post-Courier the Bill of Rights demands humane treatment of prisoners.
“It is very unfortunate to hear of another death of an African-American while in police custody,” she said. “If Ms. Curnell was denied medical treatment, then it is our position that her constitutional rights were violated.”
According to attorney Scott C. Evans, no one has been disciplined over Curnell’s death.
“Not only has nobody been prosecuted in connection with Joyce’s death, it does not appear that any employee has even been reprimanded,” he said in a statement.
02/21/16 - Inglewood Gestapo Agency - A black couple Kisha Michael, 31 Years Old and Marquintan Sandlin were out on a date, fell asleep in their car and these PIGS were called for whatever the fck for who knows...., and initiated a damn 'Stand Off' and as with the usual tactic claims that a couple with children mind you, somehow these "Officers" felt threatened and summarily executed this couple in their car.
Inglewood, CA — On Sunday, police responded to a call of a suspicious vehicle parked on Manchester Boulevard around 3:10 am. When police arrived, they engaged in a 45-minute long standoff before opening fire on the man and woman inside the vehicle, killing them both.
In the news release on Monday, following the shooting, police claimed that the woman in the car had a gun. Scott Collins, a spokesman for the Inglewood Police Department said that the couple refused to obey the officers’ commands to exit the vehicle. The officers then feared for their safety and opened fire on the car — killing the couple.
The woman was pronounced dead shortly after the shooting, and the man succumbed to his injuries after paramedics transported him to a local hospital, according to the LA Times.
The shooting seemed like an open and shut case until the next day. Mayor James Butts, while responding to questions about the shooting, opened up a huge can of worms — both the man and the woman were unconscious.
For at least 45 minutes, police attempted “to rouse” them in an effort “to de-escalate the situation,” said Butts.
After admitting that the couple was asleep, Butts quickly defended the officers, noting, “Obviously at some point they were conscious because somebody felt threatened.”
However, that notion has yet to be proven and is particularly unlikely due to the fact that not a single officer received so much as a scratch, nor did the couple have any reason to be violent.
Both of the victims were parents; Kisha Michael, 31, a single mother of three sons, and Marquintan Sandlin, 32, a single father of four daughters.
Michael’s twin sister Kisha stated the obvious when she said that it’s possible that Kisha merely passed out on the way home from their night out.
Families for both described them as devoted parents who made arrangements for care of their children while they took a night off, according to NBC Los Angeles.
“The police ain’t telling us nothing,” said Trisha Michael after being met with tight lips from the department.
“He was a loving father,” said Sandlin’s sister Leandra Faulkner. “All he cared about was his girls, getting them right.”
Of course, as is standard procedure for all those killed by police, their arrest records were released to shame them. Michael was on probation for a misdemeanor last year, and 7 years ago, Sandlin was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm in Los Angeles.
According to his relatives, Sandlin had a ‘rough life’ but had turned it around and was working as a successful truck driver.
Sadly, these children will now grow up knowing that their parents were taken from them by cops, scared of a sleeping couple.
Local police have arrested a man in connection with a race-based attack on a candidate for Jefferson County sheriff, according to media reports.
Texas-based 12News is reporting that a man was arrested for shooting up the headquarters of Zena Stephens, a Black woman running for sheriff. The man carried out the shooting while allegedly shouting “F*ck the n**gers,” according to an eyewitness.
Stephens, who is currently police chief at Prairie View A&M University, said this was the first time her campaign had been attacked like this.
“Anytime something like that happens with innocent people around you’re concerned for them,” said Stephens. “I don’t know if it was a random act or whether it was targeted, but I just think it is, you know, ignorance.”
Police traced the man based on the white Jeep he was driving. They also said they believe the shooting was carried out using a pellet gun. But it could have been much worse. Police recovered two guns from the Jeep and took four other people into custody.
A Stephens campaign worker said it was ridiculous that Black people were still having to deal with this kind of racism in the 21st century.
However, white supremacist groups, such as the KKK, have a long history of using intimidation to stop Black people from participating in the electoral process. In 1963, NAACP official Medgar Evers was shot dead in his driveway because he was trying to register Black people to vote. An all white-jury twice deadlocked in the murder trial of his killer, Byron De La Beckwith, a white supremacist. De La Beckwith was retried and convicted of murder in 1994. He died in jail.
In one of the most infamous acts of violence during the civil rights era, three activists were killed and dumped in a Mississippi swamp. James Earl Chaney, a Black man from Meridian, Mississippi, and Andrew Goodman and Michael Schwerner, two white men from New York, had also been trying to register Black people to vote. The 1964 killings led to a huge FBI investigation and was memorialized in the movieMississippi Burning.
After the state of Mississippi refused to prosecute anyone, federal officials took over the case. Seven people eventually received minor sentences. But in 2005, Edgar Ray Killen was convicted of three counts of manslaughter and received 60 years in jail.
The attack on Stephens’ campaign headquarters is one of a series of recent racial attacks. Counter protesters demonstrating against a Klan rally in Anaheim, California, over the weekend were stabbed in a scuffle.Raw Story also reported that three white supremacists were arrested for attacking Latino youths in a Los Angeles park.
According to The Atlanta Blackstar, the Southern Poverty Law Center reported hate groups showed a marked increase last year. This increase can be traced to Donald Trump’s presidential campaign. Trump has appealed to white Americans’ fear of becoming a racial minority with his promises to crack down on illegal immigration from Mexico. He has also frequently retweeted messages from white supremacists. During a CNN interview, Trump refused to condemn the KKK or white supremacist David Duke, claiming he didn’t know who they were.
