Its the fact that we live in the age of information right at our finger tips, and yet she's still clueless about the history of the word. The whole video was passive aggressive. It was her saying, "I know blacks don't like white people saying the n-word, but I'm gonna say it anyway." Its her intentions behind the video (coupled with the fact that she made the video to get likes/views) that pisses me off.
