So if I get beat up by white people, does it mean I won't get racially discriminated by police? Does it mean I won't get turned down for jobs I'm more qualified for than my white counterpart? Does it mean my grandparents who were raised by slaves will get reparations for the setback they starting their life with? Does it mean that I won't get turned down for loans that I am very able to afford?

I work in employment services and we do recruitment for companies in Atl. Just about once a week, one of my white coworkers come to me and tell me that one of the companies we serve privately asked for only white candidates for jobs they were helping them fill.

I will take 5 ass beatings in order to not be systematically discriminated against. You say that we are acting like racist white people when stuff like this happens but what social effects do white people face besides a black eye and a stay in a hospital which is provided by there great insurance from there amazing job they probably weren't qualified for?
