Ummm okay yes he could've, no one is denying he could've took that route, though im not sure how. "These online bullies made fun of my thin lips, please fire them" Instead he chose to joke about raping and lynching black women (not in the same league), all while he works for a health care company that more than likely treats black people. Im not dealing with hypotheticals, not sure why you and @Cabbage Patch are.

They're already trying. Using the excuse of free speech and the 1st amendment. Of course if it was a black man or woman saying something against white people on social media they wouldn't come to their defense with freedom of speech.Man racists being fired is honestly the best thing to come out of social media.
Which is exactly why I don't think it'll last much longer. These cacs are wising up. I fully expect within the next 2 years for there to be new laws saying you can't be fired for what you post online.

They're women, so the personal information should be easy to connect the dots -- or figure out who ain't who they claim to be.
It would be no thang at all for someone to scoop up info on each member of that board and cross reference across the net, without ever revealing themselves... Which is why I said they should have closed the board to invite only, banned suspicious names or better yet not be on Facebook at all.

if you dont know the difference or cant see how calling someone a "******" and speaking on how black women getting raped isnt a fireable offense and different from mentioning white people w/o full lips then theres no hope for you. you are evidently portraying someone black online so i hope that after thinking about this a little bit you can see why one would be very much a fireable offense
