White people have been protecting their bloodline for decades. Nothing about this disturbs me in the slightest, even the disowning of his daughter. Folks need to stop being shocked by these things. ALOT of White people(not all) want to protect their bloodlines, and the rhetoric regarding race that you see on The Coli isn't anymore militant than the typical White American thought patterns. We may have certain posters who may joke around about saying "If my son/daughter brought home a CAC, I might do XYZ and disown them", well OP posted a very real-life example of a White father doing what something that would get a Coli member labeled "Too Militant". White people are just as "Militant" when it comes to race issues as The Coli.

^^^^No actually some of us wouldn't be disappointed bc we don't look at it that way. Most of us would simply just want our kids to be happy with whoever they're with. There is absolutely nothing wrong with interracial relationships. Her father is just stuck in the 1930s:camby:
