That's wild, seeing it it's worse than I thought from the reporting. Why not just take his own daughter aside?

Should be misdemeanor assault in addition to disorderly conduct.

Watching

Despite a viral video showing the opposite, the Baraboo High School parent charged with disorderly conduct for interrupting the graduation ceremony falsely claimed the superintendent was the one who initiated the physical contact in the disturbance.

"I didn't touch him until he touched me," Matthew Eddy told Baraboo Police Officer Brandon Meyer, according to a video of their conversation recorded minutes after the incident.

The video said it's because of how the superintendent handled bullying issues concerning the crakkkas daughter, which may or may not be true.

One thing that is true it that crakkka would've seriously regretted putting his hands on me like that. That's assault. Black men have to stop being docile around crakkkas. Especially ones like that that feel it's ok to put his hands on you.
Lmao...you in the wrong city

If superintendent had been one of the good guys with a gun this would be a better conclusion than what it will be

Superintendent says he'd never even met the guy before and the father is lying about "past issues". The daughter had been expelled from school at one point, but AFAIK that's going to be the principal's decision, not the superintendent's decision.

Eddy told police afterward that he and his daughter had had “past issues” with Briggs and disliked him, according to a police report. But Briggs, who has been superintendent for three years, said he did not know who Eddy was when he approached him and that they had not interacted before that day. Briggs told police that Eddy’s daughter was at one point expelled from the school, the report says.
