I'm not surprised at all. I hope ppl here don't think that the dysfunctional culture in black ghettos is somehow inherent to the black race. Imo, the saddest thing about this story is how you can tell from some ppl response(not just on the coli) that ppl associate black identity with the culture displayed in the video. Read this --

That guy is friends with a dude on the football team and the football player is a friend of one of my friends. So he came down to my friend's school last year to hang out and party for a weekend. So my boy gave him some coke (a decent amount for the weekend) and some weed because. His friend told my friend he was good for the money and he'd pay him when the weekend was over. So come Saturday night he just dipped without paying.
