This is why I can't believe deaf people would make it. Too many chances to get snuck up on. No way they'd make it without a colony.
Damn this show really fell off... i remember this show was a ritual every sunday night. Now i aint even bothering trying to finish season 8. R.I.P The potential :snoop:

And here you are watching it and reporting to us how you didn't watch.

That very stupid. More walkers in the city. You can starve in a building with no way out there. You can’t be serious in staying in a damn city.

If we are gonna talk what if's and theories...The city would probably be the best place to go right now.

But this show is inconsistent as fukk with the zombies and how they change over time....

the city probably had an almost instant outbreak, so at this point majority of those city zombies at creeping up on damn near a decade old. We've seen zombies decay to the point where they can't even move. Id have to imagine thats the case for the VAST majority of the zombies in the city.

Most of the dangerous zombies SHOULD be on the outskirts where people actually live and are getting turned on a regular basis.

In theory, a decent group (you have to be decent to survive for almost 10 years) could EASILY live in the city now.

That whole "the city is dangerous" shyt should have been deaded years ago....but whatever :yeshrug:

I’m really enjoying this season but I realized last night that next season may be the end for the show. In the comics, after the whisper war, there is nothing I’m looking forward to seeing on the show. Before you had the prison arc, Negan, the whisperers, etc. Now, even though it’s still a good read, I don’t think it would be good tv for a show going into its 11th season and forward. The only way I think it could work, if they fully commit to deviate from the comic and start making up their own arcs otherwise I can the show slowing down to season 5 levels.

PS: if you reply using anything directly from the comics, please spoiler it in respect to the non-readers

Im at the whisperers storyline now....

so no other big threat really emerges after this storyline? Then yea a perfect ending could be when Negan joins them or whatever he does and gets redemption (read a spoiler a year or so ago)

No. Just your standard in-fighting. IMO, the storylines currently seem to be more inline for a movie not a tv show. I wouldn't mind it on the show, but if people are writing it off now, they'll definitely not watch it then.

I always felt they should have kept exploring other story lines in the walking dead world. A particular season should have never went beyond 4 or 5 seasons.

They could have showed us the military side of this shyt, gangs, police force, government, scientist working on a cure, other countries etc

I’m so fukking sick of seeing these same characters. Maybe I need to check out fear the walking dead

The most recent episode was great.

That cornfield secne :damn:

Alpha is demonic as hell:demonic: she legit was gonna let one of her people's babies get eaten by walkers.

I also like the fact that they told two stories in one episode (Whisperers and Zeke and Carol's group). In past seasons they each would have had their own episodes :heh:

Told over 6 episodes. This new showrunner is great at interweaving camps. It moves much better because of it.
