Which Wu-Member Had The Better Solo The Second Time Around?

While everybody knows during the 93-97 (Enter The Wu-Forever)era The Wu put out nuthin but classics. The second time around really wasn't poppin too hard for the W. Out of the albums from the 98-99 era who had the best album. Now to make this interesting I’m eliminating the obvious choice (Supreme Clientele) from the list.
