The Hardy Boys. I remember when they were JOBBERS on Superstars in the mid 90s.
Chris Jericho. I've always liked him but it still amazes me that he went from being a cruiserweight in WCW to main eventing a Wrestlemania. He's been able to constantly reinvent himself and stay relevant.
The Rock. I still remember his WWF debut at Survivor Series 1996. I remember in late 97 or early 98 he was getting so much hate from the fans and then it seemed like overnight he became a fan favorite. Now he's one of the biggest stars in Hollywood. There's a whole generation of people that don't know he got his start in entertainment from pro wrestling.
I'm thinking Miz might be the best answer to this thread.
Old school I would say Brutus the Barber
Personally, I would say Rhonda Rhousey. I swore she was done after watching Holly Holms kick her soul to Bolivia. It was like watching a lesson in humility in real time.
