Which way do you use a can opener?

See I knew I wasn't crazy. My girl was trying to clown me about cutting the top instead of the sides. I had never seen it done that way before and it looks like a lot of people haven't either.

A actually the better method cause the top comes completely off and doesn't bend back inside the can like it does when you use B.


But you may want to use B so the top does bend in so you can strain out the juices.
