The 49er's, Cowboys, Dolphins, Bengals, and Falcons all had high expectations this year. Maybe another team should be in that list, but those would be the ones I'd figure most would say have been disappointing.

I'd go with the Falcons because that division is terrible. The 49er's and Cowboys both had major injuries, so I wouldn't put them above the Falcons in terms of disappointments.
Everybody talked about how the cowboys did nothing in free agency and by week 4 half their starting defense was hurt but they had high expectations :pachaha:

The Jets.

Maybe the general public didn't project them to be serious contenders.
But a lot of models had the Jets winning double digit games this season.

Jets. That roster on paper looks solid on both sides. They have a lot of talent on defense, Rodgers with Hall and Wilson should be good enough on offense.

Bengals don't really have talent on defense. Dallas and Dolphins got injuries as excuses. Same with the 49ers.

There's no excuse for how bad the Jets are.

Nobody with sense really expected the Cowboys to make a serious run to begin with, and then Dak got hurt so I'm confused by ppl saying Dallas

Answer is easily the Jets. At the very least they were expected to be a playoff team if Rodgers stayed healthy, not in the running for a top 3 pick

49ers..Braves..Celtics
49ers had legit SB expectations but the amount of injuries make their season understandable at least..

Understandable unless you are a salty Eagles fan still upset over that ass whooping :mjlol: Remember Eagles fans are the people cheering for injuries to other teams players... they did the same thing when Michael Irvin hurt his neck

Lets say Bills, Ravens, and Bengals have equivalent winning records. Allen and Lamar would still be ahead of Burrow in the MVP race

This is false. How would the guy leading the league statically in every QB category not be the runaway MVP if his team had a winning record? Man is AVERAGING 300 yards per game.

Some of y’all are trying to turn this into an NBA thread with your trash hot takes :scust:

Anyway, I’d say Bengals or Jets.

Bears. I was told they were oozing with talent, had an elite defense, and generational talent at QB. These nikkas done lost 8 in a row now :heh:
