There are some black hockey players in the NHL. Disproportiate compared to white players.
Table tennis? Who cares.
Water sports? You would think with the domination in track racing events, there would be more black athletes in swimming.
Slopes? Skiing is an expensive sport. Equipment, lift tickets, travel, etc. Downhill skiing, equestrian, and sailing have white parents sending their white children into those sports when they are young. When they get older, they dominate the sport.
If you think about it, there's no money in amateur sports, so there's no drive to excel in those sports (but there have been more black athletes making it in fencing - a predominantly white sport). Baseball, basketball, football, hockey, boxing... it's where the money is at. Tennis and golf also have big money prizes. Tiger Woods is the only black dude making it happen and there are a limited number black tennis players making it happen.
