Genesis easily
Come the fukk on this shouldn't even be close

Dreamcast had the cool fighting game ports but at the same time that controller was wack as fukk. Also it was such a flop it killed the company

Genesis was really the only console they ever had that was a real success cause the games were that nice.

Either the Dreamcast or the Genesis. Slight edge to the Dreamcast even though it was killed before it got off the ground really. But the quality of many of their games is top notch. Even their B level games were unique. On top of that playing games on 56k Internet it was actually impressive how smoothly they got those games to run.

Genesis is right in the mix. Sonic, Shinobi, Shining Force, Ristar, Rocket Knight, SOR games, Vectorman all classics.

Sega Saturn was a sleeper with the Japanese games tho.

Sega CD had some real gems. Sonic CD, Snatcher, Popful Mail, Lunar 1 and 2. Shining Force Collection.

I picked Genesis, mainly for nostalgia. But the Dreamcast was the arcade experience at home that the Genesis was supposed to be but just wasn't powerful enough.

S.M.B 4 EVER
I have always liked Sega arcade games, and the Sega Master System enabled me to play them at home. In the process, I became a lifelong Sega fan.

:camby: The Sega CD, 32X, Saturn & Japanese ego killed Sega.

Dreamcast at the time had

- Sega AM R&D teams
- VMUs
- Fighting Games
- Dope Controller

Dreamcast didn't kill the company, all the decisions prior to the Dreamcast did Sega in. From the Sega CD and the 32x being released despite the fact the Saturn was 6 months away. From how they handled the Saturn release and then having no new Sonic game for the system. The fact that Sega of Japan and Sega of America didn't see eye to eye on anything. If anything, the Dreamcast was about as well as a last ditch effort could've went

Genesis is the answer, but Game Gear was way ahead of it's time. Just didn't have the catalog to compete with Gameboy.

Gameboy didn't have color until several years after
