The jawn that kept turning and snapping the black dude's neck and limbs 
They pulled out over 150k needles out of the syringes and replaced them with silicon pieces cut to length
And added slime to get that brown look
Had to use padded under the syringes aswell as to pad it out
Basically it was all plastic and the ones in her were metal but she had like a body armour type thing under her clothes that they attached to
