He's a Lakers fan, it probably feels like the offseason started 6 months ago
it was a oopIt wasn't a crazy shove or nothing. He was setting up like he was going for the rebound. It wasn't that big of a thing to me .
what free throws? theheat blew out game 7 and wade won game 6 by 2 3's a turnaround jumper and block within the last 2 mins. they won 1& 2 by blowouts so this supposed fixing never happened. and dont the hornets have the free throw battle won anyway? stupid ass thread good job good effort
If the league makes the rules, and they say that's legal, then how are they not getting it right? This is the 'verticality' rule that Hibbert abused against the knicks in the playoffs a few years ago. Yea the arms are straight up but he jumped forward into wade i dont want to beat a dead horse but im amazed the league still cant get that call right
Oh rly?If the league makes the rules, and they say that's legal, then how are they not getting it right?
Seems your interpretation of the rule must be wrong.
Now watch the replay. Does zeller jump straight up, maintaining a vertical trajectory? Or does he jump toward WadeTo be considered vertical, a defender must:
- Maintain a vertical trajectory by jumping straight up. If the player jumps toward or to the side of an oncoming player, he will be assessed a blocking foul. A player may, however, angle his jump backwards slightly in such a way as to absorb the impact of the oncoming player, and of course, he may land behind where he leapt from because of the force of the contact.
Oh rly?

No that was before he jumped. When he actually left the ground he didn't make much forward movement.lol, dude came from the restricted circle to the other side of the basket "vertically"
