Boller is the strongest arm I've seen. He used to have contests trying to hit the uprights from 60 yards away just fukking around. You could hear the ball humming if it was coming in your direction.

His arm strength was even crazier before he dislocated his shoulder. Freshman year he had WR's and RB's just knocking the ball down instead of catching it for safety.
