Mac Miller was a shocker when I heard the news.

I remember watching his show on mtv & catching on to his music bout time watching movies with the sound off came out.

Dude was growing as an artist & it's a shame he went out the way he did:francis:

Big Red
Nipsey (him & Ross were my go-to motivational boss talk entrepreneurial music)

Juice Wrld (talented as hell, my favorite rapper at the time of his death)

Pop Smoke (kid was about to be a superstar & the way he went out was HORRIBLE)

Jimmy Wopo (I literally got into his music like 2 weeks before he died, the Jordan Kobe tape & First Day Out were my shyt)

There's no other genre where its musicians get gunned down & succumb to drug addiction like hip-hop. shyt is horrible & no one cares because these are mostly black men and our lives are worth less.

Prodigy and Sean P, more so Prodigy tho, everyone grew up on Mobb Deep

I only knew Nipsey as the breh that ducked a fade from a news reporter and for staring in a film with Ving Rhames and Gillie before he died

Never listened to a single song from him before he passed

but i definitely wish i did in retrospect because the music was dope
