She didn't train him. He hired her to kill him after bane broke his back so he could get back to fighting shape. I guess you can call that training but she was legit trying to kill him.

And no thread is needed even in dc universe lady shiva is acknowledged as the best. I dont know if that changed in the past 10 years though.

I remember when Deathstroke handed Batman's ass regularly and even had the Batfamily all when fighting him.
