Anderson Silva is one that comes to mind and he's had Boxing bouts before. I'll also add Crocop because of his kickboxing background.

Anderon Silva was a boxer before MMA and got knocked out twice I think He chose the right path.

None of the MMA guys could become names in the sport of boxing.

Boxing is the wild wild west as a sport, so yes they can have sanction professional fights and beat guys nobody has ever heard of, cab drivers are part of the sport, but could they beat any prospects, the answer is no.

Not sure why, if you could achieve similar success in boxing that you could achieve in MMA, that you would choose to participate in MMA to be honest. The real money is in boxing (for successful fighters).

Of course, all of this depends on what is the base line definition for success.
Pretty much, Chris Algeri just got asked recently if he would consider transitioning to MMA since he has a wrestling and kickboxing background, Algeri just started getting guaped up in boxing, why the fukk would he give that up to go make $40k a fight fighting MMA.

Algieri's transformation into a boxer has been pretty amazing. He looked awkward and off balance like crazy in the Pacquiao fight. Then he turned into an Arturo Gatti like fighter against Khan and his following fights. Can't wait to see how he does vs Spence.

So, Crocop wouldn't stand a chance?

:patrice:Bones is my favorite MMA fighter, but I don't see it, especially after seeing the gap in boxing ability between him and Holly, obviously they're not going hard, but still.

no. it's level to this shyt lmao. Yes they can find some bum for Crocop to beat in a boxing match professionally, but he we could get destroyed by any prospect and would never win enough to get a fight with a contender let alone a champion.
He was a champ in kickboxing though.

Kickboxing is nothing like boxing. Crocop's kicks is what him good, he doesn't have any boxing skills.

Neiky Holtzken can actually box which is why he quit kickboxing and is starting a boxing career.
he might have success because he looks like he has tools a lot of guys don't.

KJ noons was a professional boxing, doesn't mean he was good lol

You got professional boxers who are trying to make it in the sport and can't make it lol

If you are just saying could cro crop box professional, the answer is yes lol
would he get far NO
