I never saw Daredevil, is it really considered part of the MCU(I havnt seen any of the marvel shows except Punisher and Luke Cage which doesnt seem to tie into the movies) into MCU ?

According to recent movies and shows daredevil is cannon now or at least the characters are the same and Daredevil season 1 took place right after avengers 1
